ELIA is Europe's leading multidisciplinary network in higher arts education and research. Powered by our members, we are a globally connected knowledge community for peer-learning, international collaboration and advocacy. Representing more than 280 members in 54 countries, across all art disciplines, ELIA realises its aims as a community by providing a dynamic platform for exchange, organising events, and forming specialised working groups and hubs. It supports these aims by partnering in projects and addressing current issues through advocacy actions.

ELIA's EDI Community Hub invites all ELIA members to come to Barcelona for their second annual gathering hosted by ESMUC — centring around one of the most persistent challenges in arts education today: accountability. Accountability goes beyond EDI values and vision, requiring critical action, responsibility and sustained cultural change while examining who holds power, who is excluded and our collective role in realising change. The programme will be announced soon, with registrations opening in December.
